Meet at the base of Table Mountain and slowly make your way by 4×4 to the Kings Block House, halfway up the imposing Devil’s Peak. The views from this location are breathtakingly beautiful and take in all of Cape Town city, Table Bay and False Bay, the distant winelands and the majestic mountain ranges beyond.
Take a short walk around the historic area to get acquainted with the site and return to bubbles and snacks on arrival while your guide explains the origins of the fort above you.
Finally, enjoy a picnic style lunch with delicious South African cheeses, charcuterie and a variety of spreads perfectly paired with a range of local South African wines.
