Viu Manent was founded in 1935 and you can enjoy a carriage ride through the vineyard before touring the wine cellar and enjoying a private tasting of three single vineyard wines.
Clos Apalta Winery is next – founded by Alexandra Lapostolle in 1994, winning Wine of the Year in 2008 and a 100 points for their 2014 Clos Apalta. The tour consists of touring their facility and concludes with a wine tasting of Clos Apalta, followed by a gourmet lunch.
Each dish in the 4 course menu uses produce sourced from the organic garden, and is course is paired with Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre wines.
After this sybaritic extravaganza, board your helicopter for your flight back to Santiago, where you are transfered to your hotel.
