When you contact us, request a proposal, or sign up for updates, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, postal address, and details about your travel interests. If you book a trip, we also collect the information needed to arrange it (passport details, dietary and medical information relevant to the trip, emergency contacts).

We do not collect payment card details on the website; any payments are handled through our payment providers' own secure systems.

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals
• Process and manage bookings
• Send updates about your trip and, where you've opted in, occasional news about new philanthropic encounters and offers
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it

The site uses cookies, managed through a cookie consent tool, to remember your preferences and to understand aggregate site traffic through analytics tools (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager). You can manage or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner, or disable cookies in your browser — this may limit some site functionality. We share it only with trusted partners who help us operate the business and deliver your trip — for example, in-destination tour operators, philanthropic partners, and IT service providers — under obligations to keep it confidential and use it only for that purpose.

This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13.

If we send you marketing emails, we identify them clearly, use accurate sender information, and include an unsubscribe link in every message. You can opt out at any time by following that link or contacting us directly.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 7 business days of becoming aware of it.
