Arctic Fox Conservation in Iceland
Track arctic foxes in the wilds of Iceland in return for funding their conservation
Your donation of $10,000 to the Arctic Fox Center unlocks this philanthropic experience: accompanying researchers and trackers to see Arctic foxes in their natural habitat in north-western Iceland.
In the summer months (June to September) the north-west of Iceland is teeming with wildlife. In addition to the Arctic Fox, you may also see the White Tailed Eagle, Seals and Whales. This makes for an unforgettable wildlife photographic experience.
You need to be prepared to spend a lot of time out in the wild, hiking and then sitting and waiting for hours in the hope of spotting foxes. Patience is key. As they are wild animals there is no guarantee of a sighting, but our guides have the highest success rates.
We recommend 2-3 days to give you a better chance of seeing these delightful animals.
